On 21st January 2017, New Acropolis’ main center at Colaba hosted a lecture titled ‘Art of Humour’. This talk showcased the role and importance of humour in daily life, affecting the human body at a physiological, psychological and at a spiritual level. It was explained how humour acts as a bridge between the two hemispheres of the brain facilitating creativity and intelligence and a change of perspective. Humour can help with the development of a positive attitude towards life by helping us accept what life has to offer us if we look at the circumstances from the humorous side. The lecture proposed, life is a movement and change and if we forget this profound fact we will never be happy.
