Maarga – Building Pathways to Change |  Philosophy Habba 2018

Celebrating International Day of Philosophy

Philosophy is present in the day-to-day moments of our lives, in the things we do, in the various expressions of ourselves in the world in the very essence of life! In recognition of this, in 2005, UNESCO established the International Day of Philosophy to underline the enduring value of Philosophy for the development of human thought for each culture and each individual.

In its essence of being an active search for a connect with universal human values, directed towards a more meaningful life and a more harmonious society, Philosophy finds multiple expressions.

It is these expressions that we celebrate at the Philosophy Habba 2018, a fun-filled gathering comprising of exciting activities of Philosophy, Culture & Performing arts, and Volunteering & Ecology – with permaculture gardening workshops, arts & music performances and philosophical dialogues on life.

Join us to get inspired and experience the meaningful pathways to change!

The Art of Concentration – Pathway to Transformation ~ Talk + Socratic Cafe with guided dialogue and round table discussions ~

What is the important role of concentration to our inner transformation, according to the Tibetan Buddhism and what can we learn from this special drawing?

Join us for an inspiring session of Philosophy with a special talk on the Art of Concentration followed by a guided dialogue and discussion, as we explore the tools and pathways for a simple yet profound process of inner change to bring  peace and fulfillment in our contemporary lives.
