On 9th November 2019, New Acropolis (Khar Branch) investigated the topic of “Living the Philosophical Adventure” by hosting a public event at its premises. Through an exploration of various philosophical concepts, the speaker presented the possibility that life need not be limited to mere survival, and instead can be lived as an adventure, with heroic virtues like enthusiasm, courage, and perseverance, especially when faced with challenges. As glorified in all the ancient myths about Heroes, adventures bring battles from which to learn and grow.
