The Butterfly Effect is an participative art installation, presented as a part of our celebration for World Philosophy Day 2019.
Over the days leading to the inauguration of the installation, many volunteers helped with the preparation and set-up of the components of the installation. Also, enthusiastic Volunteers from New Acropolis were present at the installation, when large crowd attended the opening-day of the festival on 02nd Nov . They actively interacted with the visitors to the festival, which led to many happy and evolving conversations. Our volunteers shared the meaning conveyed by this participatory installation – ‘Freedom to Change‘. They also guided visitors to create simple origami butterflies from recycled paper, and invited each individual to put-down a Virtue they could like to contribute to our community.
