When investigating ancient traditions, it is remarkable that such a vast majority suggest the continuing journey of the spirit after Death. Bardo Thodol – the Tibetan Book of the Dead is a fundamental text traditionally read out loud at the bedside of the deceased for 49 days. What can this sacred text reveal to us about death for a better life? Join us as we explore the mysteries of life and death, and how they might help us bring more meaning to our lives today.
