On Saturday, 19th October 2019, New Acropolis (Main Center) conducted a public lecture titled “The Adventures of Theseus”.
The talk spoke of Theseus, a hero of Greek mythology, who courageously entered a labyrinth, to fight a battle with the monster called Minotaur, and emerged victorious. The myth speaks, symbolically, about the inner voyage of a philosopher – to face and overcome vices and base tendencies with the spirit of an adventurer, in order to be truly free.
