National Director Mr. Yaron Barzilay (New Acropolis Cultural Organization) was invited as advisory member to the conference Better Together Challenge 2019 held in PyeongChang (South Korea) from 3rd to 5th October 2019.
The gathering brought together social innovators, changemakers and idealists-in-action from myriad backgrounds such as the arts, humanities, sciences, environment, technology and social innovation, from around the world, to facilitate an exchange of ideas and brainstorm actions to tackle the most critical challenges of our times.
Showcasing the practical value of philosophy to effect real change, Mr. Yaron Barzilay, presented the global work of New Acropolis. Barzilay was also curator of a conference held in Mumbai on 15th December 2018 titled Empowering Real Change: Leadership for a Better World in honour of Mahatma Gandhi’s 150th Birth Anniversary, which highlighted Gandhiji’s courageous pursuit of Truth as a vital ingredient to build a better world.
