On a Sunday evening, 24th July, 2022, Pune Branch, had the opportunity to host the National Director of New Acropolis, Yaron Barzilay, for a talk titled Navigating challenges the Stoic Way.
The speaker shared a brief background on the history of Stoicism and highlighted its relevance in our times. Amongst many other insights, the speaker shared examples of Stoic philosophers and their approach towards life, emphasising on an action based practical philosophy to build inner strength to confront challenges that come our way.
