Interview with Delia Steinberg Guzmán, Honorary President of New Acropolis

In 1991 Delia Steinberg took over the presidency of the New Acropolis, after the death of Professor Jorge Ángel Livraga Rizzi, its founder, with whom she collaborated very closely during more than twenty years of discipleship.

Under Delia’s direction, New Acropolis has spread to the five continents, bringing Philosophy in the classical way to all kinds of people. This development has been carried out through its philosophical, cultural and volunteer programs, providing new approaches and at the same time deepening the identity of New Acropolis, defined in its founding principles. Thousands of acropolitan members, friends, collaborators, from all over the world demonstrate that the philosophical responses of New Acropolis for these complex times are valid and necessary, since they are based on those of timeless wisdom, which has enlightened humanity in the most difficult moments.

Interview with Carlos Adelantado, International President of New Acropolis

New Acropolis is an international organization that promotes an ideal of timeless values working in the fields of Philosophy, Culture and Volunteering. Its aim is to contribute to individual and collective development.

New Acropolis is now present in 60 countries across the five continents and has more than 400 centres worldwide. Its action in the world is based on three founding principles: The principle of universal brotherhood – promoting respect for human dignity, beyond gender, cultural, religious, or social differences. The principle of knowledge – promoting the love of wisdom, through the comparative study of philosophies, religions, sciences and arts. The principle of development – starting with the realization of the best qualities and values ​​of each human being, as a foundation for a better world.
