On 1st of December 2013, 30 volunteers from the New Acropolis Mumbai Centre participated in a day long seminar at Mandwa, a venue at a 45 minute ferry ride from Mumbai.
The seminar consisted of team building exercises and lectures highlighting the importance of volunteering in personal growth. There were also skill workshops including an exercise to make more effective promotional material. The activities emphasized practical teamwork where the outcome is truly a team effort.
The day ended with an exchange of values that each individual has touched through the day’s activities.
