A glimpse from the Living Philosophy course

Buddha speaks of “suffering” as an inevitable part of life. Perhaps it is our approach towards life’s challenges that traps us in constant anguish. Is there a cure to the suffering we experience? The age-old wisdom of Buddhism offers a deeper insight into the true nature of suffering and offers us valuable tools to deal with it, with greater understanding, patience and strength. Join us for an experiential session as we draw timeless lessons from Buddha’s teachings on how we can alleviate suffering in order to lead a happier life.

The upcoming course opens on Friday, 10th February, 2023. The course lasts 19 sessions that include experiential practices. The “Living philosophy” course combines ideas conceived by important philosophers, from the east to the west. You will be introduced to ideas from different cultures and civilizations. Each class is designed to help you reflect, introspect and bring these ideas alive in your daily life. This course aims to make ancient philosophy accessible to the one who seeks to build himself and his future by cultivating a philosophical approach to life.
