On Saturday 26th June 2021, New Acropolis Main Centre conducted a talk titled The Search for Purpose: Plato’s Allegory of the Cave. The speaker shared how the allegory symbolically represents our enchainment to the world of ignorance and how we consider perceptions as reality.
Drawing inspiration from Plato’s timeless wisdom, the talk suggested how we can break away from these chains , step outside our comfort zones by listening to our own inner voice to live a life with authenticity and meaning.
