In a world where human connections are increasingly strained, we often struggle to communicate authentically. New Acropolis Main Centre hosted an event titled “The Art of Communication: Building Bridges Across Hearts. Set in the format of an interactive workshop, the talk highlighted the crucial role of heartfelt communication in building relationships.
The talk emphasised that while daily interactions often engage the mind, true connections however, occur when we communicate from the heart. Speakers shared how by recognizing our common humanity and working to eliminating our differences, through philosophical living and empathetic listening we can try and bridge emotional distances. Attendees participated in activities focusing on developing active listening skills to foster deeper understanding and helping individuals connect more empathetically and authentically.
