On Sunday, 24th May 2026, the New AcropolisMain Centre hosted the 7th edition of the Philo Fair — a vibrant, full-day celebration of creativity, community, and learning hosted for the first time at our centre.

The fair featured a diverse range of curated stalls offering jewellery, clothing, food, home décor, gifting items, handmade art products, crochet, embroidery, music, and much more — truly something for everyone. Over 400 visitors attended throughout the day, contributing to a lively and engaging atmosphere.

A series of interactive workshops invited participants to explore creativity in many forms, from painting Mumbai’s skyline in a watercolour workshop, experimented with healthy dips and desserts in a cooking session, learning the basics of handmade bookbinding, discovering fresh perspectives through a phone photography workshop, and building miniature fairy gardens using soil, saplings, and decorative elements.

The day also included an energising drum circle that brought people together in a sentiment of fraternity through rhythm and connection. All workshops were conducted by the volunteer community of New Acropolis Mumbai Centre.

The occasion provided a space to slow down, connect with one another, and experience the joy of learning, creating, and sharing together. Who said Philosophy cant be fun ?
