The session began with a reflection on the nature of stability, where the speaker presented that rather than being something dependent on external circumstances, true stability is an inner quality—something rooted in a deeper “core” or “centre” of human beings. When this inner centre is strong, it can help provide balance and direction even when situations around us are constantly shifting.
Taking inspiration from the Buddha & the teachings of the Middle path, the speaker shared principles and tools that can allow us to build this inner stability and inner confidence in ourselves, therefore enabling us to navigate through life’s ever-changing circumstances.
