Yoga SutrasOn 24th July 2021 The New Acropolis Culture Circle hosted an online talk on the Yoga Sutras of sage Patanjali  by Raghu Ananthanarayanan.

He clarified how yoga, often misinterpreted in modern times, is much beyond the physical postures (Asanas) or just having a calm mind. Through the session he explained different concepts, such as Swadhya or understanding oneself deeply, a critical part of the process of transforming our minds. Raghu explained, that meditation is a process, that each one of us can develop over time and use it to live and experience life to its fullest.

Raghu is a behavioural scientist, yoga teacher, author and co-founder of Sumedhas Academy for Human Context.  He has dedicated his life to the study and application of Yoga and Indic traditions to guide the inner transformation of individuals and shape leadership and culture building of organizations.
