Amidst the constant interruptions in our daily lives, the need to harness ‘Concentration’ as a valuable tool continues to grow. On 1st December 2023, the Pune branch of New Acropolis hosted a talk and book discussion by Yaron Barzilay, National Director of New Acropolis India (North), titled “Path of Concentration and Inner Awakening”. The speaker took reference from the 17th Century Tibetan painting which illustrates the journey of awareness leading towards an inner transformation.
While sharing few excerpts from the recently launched edition of the book “Concentration and Inner Awakening” – authored by Fernand Schwarz, Yaron explored the concept as a means to develop new perceptions, which could enhance the efficiency of our lives and bring more depth into it. The speaker highlighted practical keys that can be extracted through the many symbolic elements of this Tibetan artwork, which may help in guiding us in the day to day.
