The word ‘concentrate’ derives it’s etymology from the term ‘with centre’ – which was the focus of the talk ‘Art of Concentration’ hosted by New Acropolis Pune on Saturday 26th March, 2022.
Drawing from insights shared by author Fernand Schwarz in his book ‘Concentration & Inner Awakening’, the speaker referred to a painting made by a Tibetan lama in the 17th century, to explain the path of one seeking inner growth by increasing their ability to concentrate.
