In Tibet, many paintings and art forms were developed as means of expression through which Buddhist philosophy could be explained. To help understand and practice one such art form, the Art Products Department of New Acropolis (Main Centre) conducted a Tibetan Wall Art workshop on 19 January 2019. Participants were provided with a stenciled outline that required detailed colouring while creating harmony and balance. The activity proved to be an excellent way to practice mindfulness, along with being very relaxing yet reflective session.

At the end of the day the happy participants took home a vibrant Tibetan wall hanging.
