New Acropolis hosted a talks titled “The Way of the Samurai” in Mumbai on 6th May and in Pune on 23 May 2026.
The talks explored the philosophy and virtues followed by the Samurai warriors tradition of Japan.
Inspiring ideas of the Samurai tradition are relevant to our times today giving us an example of centeredness. Their moral code called the Bushido also reveals a timeless example of living a life of honor and inner stability.
In a school of Philosophy it is valuable to investigate timeless traditions and cultures and to find a way to give them a practical expression in our times today.
